There is one tier in Qatar and its 100%
30% and 40% for any state royalty is excessive given we are talking about Australia, one of the most costly places to do business.
Its morally wrong. QLD gov should buy the mines them selves and keep 100%, I bet they'd employ ten times the amount of middle management currently in operation, it would be a white collar jobs bonanza.
