Let our Pensioners work, instead of backpackers, page-13

Hi,
I have advocated for ages the following.

No means test or income test on the aged pension .
Cut back on concessions to the aged [ sapto , over-generous super tax concessions etc ]
Pension taxable.

Sounds expensive ?
It actually isn't, if you pull all the figures together.
And it gives people and society much more flexibility.
If people aren't better off physically and mentally with such a change , I would be surprised.
