Your comment regarding landownership is interesting. I didnt realize the govt own all the land covering AKO tenements. Other than your discussions with Paul, do you know of any other publicly available documents that confirms the government own the land? I understand they still need to engage with other occupants of the land. Did paul tell you what is involved in the process?
Regarding the environmental authorisations, all I could find was the extract below from 31 May 2021. Are you saying that AKO have received an approved EA for each of the two phases of drilling? Could you share the documents you think are relevant? I know there was an EIA lodged in 2014, but as far as i am aware it has yet to be approved - see my earlier post.
