When a company goes public, certain checks and balances needs to come into play. I can’t see any checks and balances from the board. When Clee wanted to change that, JW obviously didn’t like that. That CR if it had actually happened would be a 10x valuation of where we are now too. The punters who got burnt because of a 40c CR that did not happen is really owed an explanation. Of course there is so much more that went wrong on top of the failed CR.
