Market isn't saying anything. Quite plainly, the market is not functioning, the stock price for Humm is being manipulated.
The flipside of course is that its these situations that create opportunities.
The commercial business is worth more than zero isn't it? The market is telling us it is not worth anything if you consider that we were offered $300m in value for consumer a few months ago.
In fact, with $120m in cash on the balance sheet we are looking at a share price that is valuing $50m in maintainable earnings at a PE of 2x
You can cut it many different ways.
My guess is the price manipulation is coming from interested parties.
