Yubbedup. From my understanding, I think that Icon's leases required fracking and that's still banned. CRAZY, woke gone crazy. Even Gina Rinehart with Lakes Oil in the same area lost her court case to have it overturned. Trouble is, new developments won't get finance, it's Catch 22.
