If something does appear in the quarterly that clearly should have been released earlier, then we should demand the resignation of any employee that works for the company as our 'communications manager' or Shareholder relations manager. This would prove to be an absolute was of our money on a wage for staff position that is either not required or the employee has proved to be a unless addition to the company, being paid for by the shareholders, therefore should resign or be released immediately
