it’s a funny world. Looks like IMU can help lots of people live 6 months longer while they are very sick. If PYC succeeds a much smaller group of people won’t go blind and live a high quality of life for decades. How do you value these things against each other ?
I don’t know which is more valuable but in general we do need to focus more medical/scientific investment into prevention and cure over treatment.
