Yes SMN needed money urgently, and that raise was a success in that it raised enough to pay off the Tulip Bay debt and Steve Forman too, along with helping make AEM stronger?

It was also good the other day to see Brian Wall contributed.
(Rightly or wrongly I have liked him since first reading about him last September [ref]).
In regards AEM it was also pleasing to see -as a fact on the website -he is still working with Canyon (ex Cobham)
I alao liked reading that since acquiring Eagle Audio, AEM has set up new distributor agreements for both Japan and North America.

Based on your posts I feel your decision to support the raise was well considered JUSTBOB
Those options, if cashed, average the ‘raise price’ out at $1.00 each for every three new shares?
Hopefully that means under the ‘new order’ a dollar a share will one day look to be a very good price.
