re: Ann: First drill hole-Reward intersects 7... Encouraging news. How close is this hole to the others drilled previously by Pacminex in the 70's? It may be VMS' first hole but adjacent to others (a detailed map would be nice to have so that the drilling is in context). It will be interesting to understand the type of tin mineralisation here. For example, tin can exist as extractable cassiterite - SnO2 (eg Renison) and in other minerals; skarn tin minerals can be problematic as some of the tin can reside in the crystal lattice of silicate minerals (as at Mt Lindsay). The silicate tin component as I understand it would be almost impossible to extract by traditional processing. Also the tungsten metallurgical characteristics need to be investigated before the assumptions used for the calculation of tin-equivalence are cast-in-stone.
