If you can believe management. I think management credibility has taken a massive hit. This is a 30% dilution for common stock shareholders and a sweet deal for a few institutional investors. Hard to know what logic is driving such a massive discount cap raise it but wouldn't be surprised if investors raise questions through legal avenues.
