That is indeed interesting Axed. Its fairly standard to ''resource up'' for delivery before financial close. So I agree with your observation here - hopefully the Project Finance process is close. So frustrating. Management clearly massively underestimated the complexity around not having contract waste volumes to feed the AD facilities. Banks hate merchant risk.
