    pretty straight forward, has got the time to act as a secretary still a non-executive director still invested better all round IMO to have someone with the bandwidth to apply to the task !ultimately the the operations team will talk to the CEO and or the secretary and they will generate all the communication and the CEO and board will only VET it before it's broadcast ! More boxes ticked for me I will ask Steve once the 1/2 yearly is released . AIMHO GLTAH DYOR REGARDS TT
