Fair enough - if I've misunderstood that, then I guess I'm wrong.
You're right that they'd have to seek share holder approval for any additional raises.
However I'm hedging my bets towards this being the last Capital Raise. A $50m prepayment + ~$30m in cash + existing infrastructure and resource should be sufficient in securing the remainder of the financing.
Only time will tell however...
