    Thanks for your continuing efforts.
    About the shorts--I haven't been around settlement in securities in years but I would guess that shorts registered in the US would be largely stock borrowed to cover stock sold in OZ . There is always a cost and usually a time delay to transfer between registers when stock is sold overseas. Better price in OZ sell there
