Papertrigger,
IMO I do not see the ASIC action as a major factor in the price of the shares in the company. The action is against the directors only, NOT CER or CNP.
When the action was announced it made little impact on the price. For those day trading this may have been a significant buying opportunity, but not as a long term holder.
Increasingly the larger movements in the SP are being driven by fundamentals and the next big one will be if there is a dividend declared and then the restructure of the business.
What are your thoughts?
