Most construction companies rely on timber that is in short supply. I had my home built but was delayed. Builder said that Timber demand in US has increased and most of timber we buy from Russia and Ukrain. So this is slight different issue compared to DEL building the plant. I do not know the materials they use but if timber is used than it can be problem.
