Why would they? No majority sh. Private coy. Ongoing sh report plus external reporting for future float all needs to look above board. No reason to acquire even if it was a possibility. What thinking would they have to pursue compulsory acq? um -that thinking would only suggest u think mgt are not intending to look after sh and on what basis??
