Doubt that, LTR are well funded to production, with a little bit left over in kitty. I'd say they are a take over target, perhaps Ford will step up to the plate.
Auto OEM's stepping up, also a very encouraging endorsement for spod projects, not messing around. PLS's scale is ~double LTR, but PLS is investing in production efficiencies, lower carbon footprint, etc, while LTR have to go through all of that, build, commissioning and ramp up for phase 1 production.
Meanwhile PLS more that doubles it's production in that time to accommodate a greener and more valuable product mix, 5 to 6 years ahead of LTR. But what pleases me most about PLS, is the company has first mover advantage, ramping capacity into the highest pricing environment we'll ever see, good to be a producer, hey....
