A huge milestone has been achieved. The tape-out of Weebit’s ReRAM technology to a production fab marks the completion of the technology transfer to SkyWater’s mass-production facility. It's been a long time coming this announcement. In the above interview Coby comments the SkyWater tape-out has attracted the attention of several other fabs interested in progressing the conversation and having the technology transferred to them too.
It is extremely pleasing to see Management continue to execute at a very high level and demonstrate a positive outlook.
As legendary investor Howard Marks has said, "when the market is low in its cycle, we should emphasise reducing the risk of missing an opportunity". At these prices, I continue to DCA. Semiconductor investments are a long duration position and WBT is a robust investment.
