Oils aint oils! A barrel of oil equivalent (boe) is not equivalent in dollar terms to a barrel of crude.
An example...
1 mmscf ~ 1,000,000 scf / 6000 = 167 boe
6000 is the roughly the rate used for converting mmscf of gas to boe.
1 mmscf of gas ~ $5/mscf x 1,000 mscf = $5,000 revenue
167 bbl of oil ~ $80/bbl x 167 bbl = $13,300 revenue
So to summarise, if we are producing 110 boe and it's not all oil, then you need to consider the gas component and the oil component separately. Apologies if you've already taken this into consideration.
Cheers
