If you strip out the Copper, Barite and Antimony this is gross rock value of something like $600-700/t at spot prices which have been hammered. If you think we see $2/lb zinc again and silver back to 25 then add a couple hundred dollars on top.
Even so if you say $650 at 90% recoveries and 85% payability we end up with net rock value of $497/t.
