Be careful in the current market. This could go lower. It might bounce upon news of finance being secured but then it's a twelve month plus wait after that before production and generally on these type of stocks share price doesn't move much over that period. I would suggest only buying if you are happy to hold.
The record date for the 1:8 entitlement offer is 8 July. So any purchases made two days before that will be entitled to the offer.
