The announcement explained everything. Top quality gas is there and pressure 2280 which is great but water is stopping production. They are going to design a well to enable gas production and they plan to do it easy mid 3rd quarter. We can all speculate if it's good or bad but the report is there infront of us Jesse1a is still a exploration well, it's neither producing OR bust again we just have to wait till they re enter in a few months
