It depends on the company. BHP and RIO do not produce a qtly cash flow report either.

I am speculating here, but I think that as a company moves from an explorer to a producer, it is able to amend it's reporting to reflect it's status. OXIANA or ZINIFEX has obviously done that in the past and the new company has kept that status. PNA may not have asked for the change yet.

Market likes the report.
