Were any questions asked about the performance shares/rights that were issued (only because the CS P&D) got them over the required number? There should have been a time frame associated with the value ie. 20 cents for 90 days etc.
Their lack of disclosure and information makes me nervous - they say the company is undervalued, yet give no indication of why and what the future may look like.
