Murray Meds is a 170 acre farm (bigger than TAS) and I think they're only currently using 7, so they are expanding the cultivation and production of GMP medicinal cannabis there. It's their highest margin product since they can produce it for cheap.
The low margin stuff was everything in TAS which probably factored into the decision to sell.
