I don't know either. They spent $921k in staff costs during the first half, that was 45% up vs 1H21, or $284k up in $ amount. On top of that, marketing costs went from $58k to $180k. Big spending, minimal return so far.
Whatever remuneration packages they offered to the sales staff, I reckon it'd have to be very attractive. WA has pretty much been its own country for the past 2+ years since the COVID lockdown began. Good luck getting staff for a cheap package over there.
