    1 hour in to morning call after the announcement and no trades have occurred on either exchanges.

    No need for a price sensitive announcement as no substance (as usual) to give rise to one. No scale mentioned in announcement and no financial details. All fluffy stuff.

    It is amazing how you are amazed by such small insignificant things.
