namibia court update, page-8

MLS is a a good case study in taking profit when ever it's on the tables: I originally bought into the MLS story in Dec 07, and proposed to hold it for a long-term investment based on the Namibia story.

It retraced and hit highs dozens of times - yet I held and didn't trade it- and two years later; with their obvious defeat in court, I sold and re-invested elewhere: trading ATN, MAK,THX,ARM and made a profit and lost time.

But in hind sight; I could and should have traded the arse out of this stock dozens of times and mechanically without emotion - now I know better and Gordon Gecko was right when he advised: " never get emotional about stocks" and in 2010 that's what I'm doing, so I take this as the positive lesson from MLS.

If MLS cuts their losses from Namibia, and concentrates on developing their Zinc mine in Australia and their Jv with ARH; I and other investors might come back in - but until then, it's checkmate for MLS and they should cut their losses as the market now unfortunately has a negative and coloured perception of MLS now.
