I think you may have missed the intention of this article.
Read the second last paragraph, "We have repeatedly asked our peers in the denial business to become informed, to read, and to stay up to date. We have asked them to take pride in competence and knowledge".
They're saying - pull your head in, this is the new best technology available and the denial business' needs to get their head around how good this tech is.
