You said they could easily do to Kyiv what they did to Mariupol and Severodonetsk. The vast majority of damage to those latter cities was caused by ground combat forces.
How many (conventional) rockets do you think it would take to turn Kyiv, a city the size of Brisbane, into rubble resembling Mariupol? It is not possible. Or are you suggesting Putin is mad enough to nuke Kyiv?
