if its in guidelines
fda approved
drs prescribing it as clinically proven to improve diagnosis
i would thought the insurance companies would be very brave in NOT approving it. do they pick and choose what they think works and doesnt work ? do they know better than all the trials and approvals ?
i would have thought they SHOULD and would be obliged to cover
