They needed a TH because PNO knew they would get a speeding ticket as volume was 150m within 2 hours with a high of 2.2c.

Their insiders KNEW what was coming out, leaked and traders jumped on for a ride.

By taking an early TH, by their own doing, PNO has tried to play down this leak by assuming the role of "dumbo" and state "we know nothing for the reason of share activity, blah blah".

This way PNO would not go through a whole days trading with high volume to then release an announcement the next day.
