Why is there a fear about CR? We all know that the co have already in place 100m shares for placement by 6 Feb. If the sp can settle @ 2.5c we will raised $2m which will be sufficient till end of June2010. The co have another 15% of total shares(100m) for placement without shareholders blessing. If the sale of Thermalife is profitable we may not require any more CR for a whlie except for new product development or overseas distribution.

My guess the test of the first batch (my guess 100 units) and the regulatory approval will go for about two weeks and will fit in with the distribution announcement pretty well.
The announcement today is basically an update of the production process, especially this is the first batch.
