Long short story
- Got covid on 17/6 so need to isolate for one week
- Come to HF to try order something to eat for a week
- Entered credit card before booking any delivery date and selecting foods
- The delivery date pop up as 25/6 which is a week after isolation - which I dont need. I need it to be on 18 or 19/6
- Cant cancel online
- Called the agent and she said she will help to cancel
- Now just received message from HF notify me that the box will be coming tomorrow?
- Chat online and agent 2 told this is a subscription service and agent 1 only canceled one week.
WTF is that business.
Anyone has experienced something like this? You need to pay before making any booking/ choosing foods and it's hard to cancel.
