Column 1 0 Tshipi Mine Also Raises Mn Ore Price as July Shipment to China 1 According to the local news report, Jupiter Mines Limited (Jupiter) offered manganese ore price of Tshipi manganese mine in South Africa as July 2022 shipment meant for China at a raised price recently (Hereinafter, the price is per 1% of Mn).The price of semi carbonate manganese lump ore with Mn being 36.5% is US$5.40/dmtu, up by US$0.40 from May shipment. There is no offer for the price of lump ore with Mn being 30.5% and fine ore with Mn being 35.0% (Both of them are no offer for May shipment).In the domestic Chinese market, South32 and UMK raised offer prices of South African manganese ore last week. Market participants analyzed that Jupiter followed these actions.
