Again, they have never guaranteed FDA approval by that date, just indicated that they "expect" it by that date.
Let's give the process the chance to play out without casting dispersions.
And without making too fine a point of it, if you are so sure FebriDX approval by the FDA is not going to eventuate, you probably should sell out. Today.

Don't forget that the countdown is predicated on reaching 12.01am on 6/7/2022 Australian time.

The timer is pointless however if it is going to be set then it should be based on the close of business on 6/7/2022 in the timezone that the FDA is located.
