Buying in AFTER the successful commissioning of the plant is only prudent if you are not interested in making a profit. There will be bugs to sort out, (remember the initial pilot plant and they had trouble getting the gas pressure to provide the heat as they were relying on bottles gas) People who are scared and have weak hands will only feed my wealth ) I've worked on plenty of mines where we did commissioning.
