Hi KD, It's my reading of the tea leaves, given what's happening in the space atm. The dynamics wont last forever, but I'm not at all convinced they will be resolved in time for a FID by end-Sept. It irks me d-e-e-p-l-y to even think this, but it is what it is. My patience -- even wrt forces which are well-beyond management's control -- is not limitless. I'll continue to be supportive (hold) until I'm not. It's an active watch for me.
