You are absolutely correct. In fact the UK operation of AMP is now a cancer to the organisation. I don't know the FTSE level but I would guess at some level additional capital will be required. The trough at which AMP seeks equity is not bottomless.
This is a very sick company while global equity prices continue to go lower.
