This is great news from a common knowledge perspective.
Now that someone has decided to act in a way thats positive for OSL, other decision makers in organisations that compete with BUPA will have to decide if they should follow or not.
Since they will all be thinking about competitive advantage and ultimately their own career progression, the risk / reward becomes more skewed in OSL favor with every subsequent decision of this type until critical mass is achieved.
