Most likely because they simply cannot - there is no liquidity. Most days there are virtually no trades. The MC would be chopped in half by a $100k dump. Which is why the valuation of AKP (and FB's paper net worth) is meaningless. This stock would be so easy to manipulate and IMO there is no doubt it has been.
