I’ve actually been meaning to ask.
Could someone kindly explain to me how it works with the ‘draft’ IER vs the ‘final’ IER?
- Does the independent expert have until the actual vote to decide whether the scheme is in the best interest of SH’s or not?
- Based on others experience, is it common or likely the IER will actually make the call that it’s not in the best interest of SH’s? The IE was BDO right?
