re: Ann: December Quarter 2009 Activities and... Dogboy,
Reading the bit on Ban Phonxai I am thinking this is where the FIL's silver rumour was derived (if there was one, lol). Looks very much a copper/gold prospect, but perhaps the one currently with the most upside surprise potential. [Drilling started in Nov, so I reckon anyone buying any rumour was likely just suckered by some geo's dreaming].
"The Ban Phonxai Copper‐Gold Prospect is defined by the largest (6km x 3km) soil anomaly
discovered to date in the Contract Area. The anomaly represents an excellent target for
porphyry style mineralisation. Drilling commenced in late November initially within a gold‐in‐soil
anomaly and where scout drilling in the 1990s had intersected gold and silver mineralisation.
Road work to provide access for drilling has exposed several zones of sulphide mineralisation."
I really get the impression rereading the QR that 2010 could be The Year of Exploration for PNA.
Expect a bit more turbulence, but lol only 7 months ago some of us were finishing our feast on top up shares at 28.
