What happens if woy woy makes a gain? Who says he will make a loss. Its not illegal to buy and sell shares, over a period of more than one day. What you are describing is a situation when you sell and buy on the same day to realise a loss. You are buying the shares for the same value back. What i have been describing is to buy the share back at a lower price, and getting more units for the same amount of money. We will see at the end of next week if my stategy has worked once again. I am 100% confident i will be right AGAIN.
