I seem to recall him being very right about the GFC and the factors that led up to that little event in spite of the week in week out trashing of him during that period on every program & panel he fronted as a guest. I still think Art Laffer hasnt paid up on the bet in that exchange they had at the time - what would one do with a penny anyway?
