during the 15 day period, and thanks to the management of Our company that arranged a share lending facility for GEM, GEM then shorts the SP to hell to realise the lowest possible SP average at the end of each 15 day period

currently GEM are looking at receiving payment in shares at or below 1.8 cents each

for a 20 million dollar facility you guessed it, GEM will end-up with over 1 billion shares, thereby diluting all pre-existing shareholders by 50%

good for who exactly?

sometimes I think (having to bear this current management) that I would have possibly received more in the short term if MST had been liquidated, the IP sold, note holders paid out, and from the remaining scraps I could have still made a porfit - if the IP went for a sufficient amount

as matters currently stand we are viewing a deal with the same end-game like that meant for those crazy Asian investors - they were meant to get over 1 billion shares too

so nothing has changed for the time being - we are all still on track for allowing a jonny-come-lately take all the power and glory, and essentially due to the crap management of Our company leading up into 2009

management can whine all they want about HC posts and comments that slag them off, and of how hard it was to save the company from liquidation - well management, you spruik so often about how fantastic Our technology is, yet you can't make the rest of the investing community believe your tales - instead you give over half the company away for a pittance of the development costs and funding needed to get us here to date

so from now on management please save your rhetoric about how fabulous Our technology is - just be business men and create actual business - and in this world, in this industry, that means nothing more than getting real volume contracts - anything else is just continued fluff while you, management, enjoy yet another year of salaries without true performance on the sales side

is it any wonder why the inventor of this technology doesn't talk to Our chairman anymore...
