i'm currently just a little too occupied with a project of my own to raise and settle the necessary papers for calling a shareholders meeting, thus why i suggested getting on the back of any meeting that may be convened soon for passing the GEM deal - if that is scheduled soon, and it will be at the AGM (which isn't that far off from memory), then I may be able to spare the time to draw-up the required papers after first contacting the top 20 to canvas their views - failing sufficient support there and I would send a general broadcast out through various trading/share sites like HC to see who would be onboard - though for now I have enough on my plate without putting too much thought into the matter - some MST management may suck, but I'm not prepared to drop everything ATM to aggressively go after them - not right now that is - by start of April it will be all bets are off as my schedule will be clear, so from then I may go charging after them - we shall see - a real fair dinkum true blue volume contract may walk in the door before then, though I'm sure not due to any efforts of some on this Board of Ours...
