thanks rhsurfer, you're right is does take a certain amount of balls, but most of the time you have to take a bit of risk to make money. I think the odds are in our favour on this one, although it would be nice to know exactly why Jindal operate so slowly. Good luck.
I kind of thought RCI was a better fit with Meijin anyway, considering their Chinese coking plant. Why do Jindal want to bother with that? They want the coal for themselves, not to supply to chinese industries. What are the chances Jindal are talking to Meijin about offloading the chinese division to them as soon as they purchase?
